Terms of service
Quin Tickets is a ticketing assistance service, not a box office or a ticket marketplace listing inventory.
What we do
You send us a brief telling us the event and the seats you want. We quote our assistance fee, and on sale day we queue on the official seller — SM Tickets, Ticketmaster PH, Ticketmaster SG or TicketNet — and secure your seats at face value.
Pricing
You pay the ticket price to the seller on your own card, at face value, on the checkout link the seller issues. Our assistance fee is separate: it is quoted and agreed with you before we buy, and settled with us once your ticket has been secured.
Availability
Ticketing is competitive and demand-driven, so we cannot guarantee a seat. If we do not secure your ticket, the request closes at no cost to you.
Transfers and entry
Tickets are issued to your own seller account in your own name, so you hold them yourself. Entry rules, age limits and identification requirements are set by the organiser and are your responsibility to meet.
Cancellations and refunds
The assistance fee is not refunded once a ticket has been secured. A refund on the ticket itself is issued by the seller under their own policy — if an event is cancelled or postponed we will point you to the right process with the seller, but the refund comes from them.
