Quin Tickets only collects what is needed to secure your tickets and keep you updated on the request.
What we collect
Your name, email, optional phone number, and the details of your brief — event, date, venue, quantity, the seat location and section you picked and any notes you add. We also store the status history of your request.
Why we collect it
To secure your tickets on the official seller, to contact you about your request, and to have the tickets issued to your own seller account. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who sees it
The Quin Tickets team handling your request, and the ticket seller only to the extent needed to complete the purchase. Access is limited to staff who need it to fulfil your brief.
Your choices
Email support@quintickets.com at any time to request a copy of your request data or to have it deleted once your tickets are in your account.
